Our members and senators in the Senate of Economy Africa are cross-industry entrepreneurs, CEOs or owners of companies of all sizes.

Founding member of ADI GROUP, with over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, Charles has held prominent positions in the financial sector. He worked as Director of Financial Credit Risk and Director of Commercial Relations at Citibank. Additionally, he served as Vice President and Senior Vice President at PNC Bank and SunTrust Bank in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
In 2018, Charles Ayenu co-founded SOLEVA TOGO, a Togolese company specializing in the distribution and sale of PAYGO (Pay-as-You-Go) solar kits.In 2020, Charles Ayenu founded KAS INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING GROUP (KASIC), which operates in the consulting sector and aims to help qualified companies raise the necessary capital for their projects in sub-Saharan Africa. As an international consultant, Charles Ayenu has assisted private companies and governments in promoting key and strategic programs throughout Africa, mainly in the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) region.
Charles Ayenu holds a Master’s degree in Urban Management (M.U.A) and an MBA in International Business from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, USA. He has been a member of the Urban Financial Services Coalition and the National Black MBA Association since 1994. He also received the International Banking Certification from the American Institute of Banking.

Founding Member, Board Member, and CEO of AFRICA DIASPORA INVESTMENT GROUP (ADI GROUP)
Mr. AKPOKLI is a market finance expert and a proven entrepreneur, leveraging over 20 years of professional experience. He is responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of ADI GROUP.After a remarkable career in real estate and investment banking, where he held various positions as an analyst, portfolio manager, investment advisor, and manager, Elvis AKPOKLI ventured into entrepreneurship. He distinguished himself through his passion, expertise, innovative ability, and leadership skills, successfully establishing several incubators.
Mr. Elvis AKPOKLI holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance with a specialization in Financial Risk Management from the University of San Francisco (USF), as well as an MBA and a Master of Science in Management.

Over the years, Mr. KUEGAH (Prince Lorenzo) has diversified his investments, creating and developing several companies in key sectors for the Togolese economy.
These include:
• SUNTEC: A company that plays a crucial role in the execution of agri-solar projects, employing hundreds of people.
• COOL SOLAR ENERGY Togo: A major initiative in the agricultural sector and in solar power, focused on modernizing farming techniques and promoting organic agriculture, thereby contributing to the country’s food security and the renewable electricity sector in Togo.• EAUPROPRE D’AFRIQUE TOGO Innovations: A young company

Holger Schönherr is an entrepreneur and project developer with 30+ years of international experience. Senator at the Senate of Economy Europe and the Senate of Economy Africa.
As CEO of SUNtec Togo and Managing Director of Cool Solar Energy, he leads large-scale solar and agri-solar projects in West Africa. Also partner at Eau Propre d’Afrique Togo (clean water supply), Associate Partner of CO2glober AG (Switzerland), and Representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Togo (CCIT) in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
